Darby Routtenberg is a creative art director, photographer, performer, and video artist based in Brooklyn, New York. Obtaining an MFA at Yale University in photography, Darby’s work examines beauty standards and societal norms from the perspective of a fat individual, utilizing performances to deconstruct these spaces through a contemporary lens. Darby’s work aims to craft utopian realms, employing humour as an accessible gateway for audiences.
